We strongly encourage representatives of our sponsors to attend the Student Research Forum and the Career Fair which will be held back to back in the Exhibit & Poster Room (Palm Ballroom CF) on Monday Aug 7 from 15:30-17:00 and 17:30-19:00.
Each booth will have a draped table with chairs. The back wall is magnetic and magnets will be provided for you to attach materials to the wall. Each magnet can hold approx 3 lbs of paper or flip chart material. The ceiling height is 12 ft. Please send email to info@mwscas2023.com if you need any other materials or support.
All representatives should follow one of the links below to register for an exhibitor pass, which is free and provides access to all breaks and events in the Exhibit and Poster Room (Palm Ballroom CF). Please submit a registration for the conference if you wish to attend technical sessions and other events. Please contact info@mwscas2023.com with questions.
Notes (on how the exhibit times map to conference events)
Sunday: There is a break at 15:00-15:30 and the welcome reception begins at 17:30.
Monday: There is a break at 10:30-11:00, a poster session at 11:00-12:30 in the same room, a break and the student research forum at 15:30-17:00 in the same room, and the Career Fair at 17:30-19:00. It would be great to have your representatives visit the student posters during the student research forum, and representatives available at the booths to meet interested students during the Career Fair immediately afterward.
Tuesday: There is a break at 10:30-11:00, a poster session at 11:00-12:30 in the same room, another break at 15:30-16:00, and plenary events (YP Panel and Conference Awards) from 16:00-17:30.
Wednesday: There is a break at 10:30-11:00, a poster session at 11:00-12:30 in the same room, and additional breaks at 15:00-15:30 & 16:15-16:45.
