Visa Information

If you require a visa for travel to the US, please select "Yes" to the question "Do you require a visa letter?" during registration. A conference representative will follow up by email. You are welcome to contact info@mwscas2023.com  

MWSCAS 2023 is excited to return to an in-person format for this year's edition. We strongly encourage all authors to attend in person to benefit from interactions with the MWSCAS community. 

MWSCAS 2023 will make arrangements for virtual presentation by authors ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES where all of the following criteria have been satisfied:

• At least one of the authors registers for the conference at a full registration rate (i.e., Nonmember, IEEE Member or IEEE CASS Member). 

• The visa interview wait time exceeds 35 days. Please document your attempt to secure a visa and send the confirmation to info@mwscas2023.com  

Virtual Zoom sessions will be scheduled during the conference dates based on demonstrated need. Each virtual presentation must submit a pre-recorded video by Aug 1 and be available at the designated time to present their work in real time and answer questions. 

Due to the in-person format, virtual attendees will not be able to access in-person sessions.
