Companies participating in the MWSCAS 2023 Career Fair are strongly encouraged to have representatives visit the student posters during the Student Research Forum which will be held right before the Career Fair in the Exhibit & Poster Room (Palm Ballroom CF) on Monday Aug 7 from 15:30-17:00. Representatives should be available at their tables to meet interested students during the Career Fair afterwards from 17:30-19:00. CVs of interested students are being collected and will be sent to you 1 week prior to the conference.

Each participating company will have a draped table with chairs. Please send email to info@mwscas2023.com if you need any other materials or support.

All representatives should follow one of the links below to register for an exhibitor pass, which is free and provides access to all breaks and events in the Exhibit and Poster Room (Palm Ballroom CF). Please submit a registration for the conference if you wish to attend technical sessions and other events. Please contact info@mwscas2023.com with questions.
